Our Support Services

We offer a variety of programs designed to provide immediate relief and long-term stability. Our services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community, from emergency shelter to permanent housing solutions.

Adult Shelter Services

Mary Isaak Center

A 92-bed shelter for individuals 18 and older. We provide case management, on-site healthcare, and three nutritious meals daily.

People's Village

This program offers 25 individual tiny homes, providing non-congregate shelter for our most vulnerable neighbors.

Recuperative Care

A 20-bed medical respite program for hospital patients who are ready for discharge but have no home to go to. We provide a safe place to heal, along with intensive case management.

Family Shelter Services

Kids First Family Shelter

As the only family shelter in Southern Sonoma County, we offer a safe, supportive environment for up to six families.

Mary's Table - Food Program

We serve hot, nutritious meals twice daily, seven days a week, to clients and anyone in need. Food security is a human right, and we're committed to providing wholesome meals that include fresh fruits, vegetables, and protein.

Community Housing

Our programs provide permanent, affordable housing with wraparound services for chronically homeless individuals in Sonoma County.

Resident Services

We provide essential case management and other support services at multiple partner locations throughout Sonoma County.

Rapid Rehousing (RRH)

Rapid Rehousing assists individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing by providing short-to-medium term financial assistance, case management, and other supportive services.

Housing Resolution Fund

This program offers assistance with housing-related expenses like security deposits, rent, and other expenses necessary to mitigate housing barriers.

Keep People Housed

Keep People Housed is a financial assistance program providing short-term assistance to vulnerable households throughout Sonoma County. Eligible households can receive short-term financial assistance to stabilize their existing housing, helping them avoid or resolve eviction proceedings and remain successfully housed.

Wraparound Services

COTS provides wraparound supportive services to eligible Medi-Cal members who are enrolled with Partnership Health Plan of California. Kaiser Medi-Cal members may be eligible for Recuperative Care services only.
