Emergency Shelter

Our emergency shelters offer a safe haven and comprehensive support for those in crisis.

Mary Isaak Center

A 92-bed shelter for individuals 18 and older. We provide case management, on-site healthcare, and three nutritious meals daily.

Kids First Family Shelter

As the only family shelter in Southern Sonoma County, we offer a safe, supportive environment for up to six families.

Housing Programs

We provide innovative and effective housing solutions to meet specific needs within our community.

People's Village

This program offers 25 individual tiny homes, providing non-congregate shelter for our most vulnerable neighbors.

Recuperative Care

A 20-bed medical respite program for hospital patients who are ready for discharge but have no home to go to. We provide a safe place to heal, along with intensive case management.

Community Housing

Our programs provide permanent, affordable housing with wraparound services for chronically homeless individuals in Sonoma County.

Mary's Table at COTS

We serve hot, nutritious meals twice daily, seven days a week, to clients and anyone in need. Food security is a human right, and we're committed to providing wholesome meals that include fresh fruits, vegetables, and protein.

In partnership with local government funders, we offer various homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing services throughout Sonoma County.
