Keep People Housed
Keep People Housed is a financial assistance program providing short-term assistance to vulnerable households throughout Sonoma County. Eligible households can receive short-term financial assistance to stabilize their existing housing, helping them avoid or resolve eviction proceedings and remain successfully housed.

Rapid Rehousing (RRH)
ALL referrals must come from Coordinated Entry.
Rapid Rehousing assists individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing by providing short-to-medium term financial assistance, case management, and other supportive services. COTS does not own or manage the units that are rented by Rapid Rehousing clients, but we do enter into a financial agreement with property owners to pay the security deposit and graduated rental assistance.

Housing Resolution Fund
The Housing Resolution Fund offers short-and-medium term financial assistance to individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness within the City limits of Petaluma.
This program offers assistance with housing-related expenses like security deposits, rent, and other expenses necessary to mitigate housing barriers. Housing location services and case management are also provided.
