Mary's Table
At COTS, we believe that good nutrition and food security is a human right. By serving our clients and our neighbors the best possible meals, we allow them to focus on building resilience, nourishing their families, and achieving their goals for long-term stability. Vegetarian options are available, and every meal includes fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins. COTS offer twice daily meal service, seven days a week to all clients and anyone in need in our community.
Lunch service is from 11:30am – 12:30pm and dinner service is from 5pm – 6pm.
In 2023,
103,120 meals and 60,915 grocery bags
were served or distributed to the community.
A recurring gift of
$25 provides five nutritious meals
per month for those experiencing hunger in Sonoma County.
Gifts of
$50 can provide 10 nutritious meals
at Mary’s Table for anyone experiencing hunger in our community.
