Mary Isaak Center

The Mary Isaak Center Emergency Shelter is a 92-bed shelter for individuals ages 18 and older.  COTS operates with a Housing-Focused approach where clients receive comprehensive case-management including the creation of individual action plans to support their housing goals.  Clients also have access to a variety of supportive services including an on-site health clinic, client enrichment, sobriety services, employment services, housing services, and three daily meals.

Services

Case Management

Each client in our shelter and housing programs is paired with a skilled Care Manager who helps them to identify their strengths and strategize to erode barriers to obtaining or maintaining permanent housing.

Healthcare and Wellness

Petaluma Health Center has an onsite clinic located at the Mary Isaak Center, accessible to COTS’ residents and the unsheltered community. We currently have Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and NP Residents onsite

Client Enrichment Services

COTS clients have access to supportive services provided by our Client Enrichment Manager and a team of volunteers and community partners. Client Enrichment Services include resume assistance, mock interviews, credit counseling and repair, technology assistance, support with housing search, and creation of rental portfolios.

Mary’s Table

At COTS, we believe that good nutrition is a human right.

Lunch and dinner are open to the community and are offered seven days a week, with no questions asked.

Lunch is from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM, and dinner is from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
