COTS’ Community Housing offers a variety of permanent supportive housing options for individuals and families throughout Sonoma County. These units are funded by the County of Sonoma, federal funding sources, local healthcare providers, and generous community donations.
In addition to permanent supportive housing options, COTS offers affordable housing options for individuals who need less ongoing support. These units offer permanent, low-cost units alongside light-touch supportive services in Petaluma. These units are funded by the City of Petaluma, healthcare providers, and generous community donors.
