People’s Village Sponsors are essential community partners in the launch of the People’s Village site. Each emergency shelter unit by QuickHaven at People’s Village costs just over $12,000. While initial purchase funds were secured by the City of Petaluma, COTS is seeking additional investments that will support People’s Village needs like laundry, security, maintenance, or other projects, as well as the overhead and supportive services that will aid residents in their journey towards permanent housing. This will ensure that clients receive the case management, mental and physical healthcare, employment coaching, access to sanitation, and complete nutrition they need to achieve success on their own terms.
Sponsorships are available in three tiers offering a range of benefits:
Levels
$2,500 – People’s Village Ally
This sponsorship level represents a commitment to serving the underserved at a critical moment. Through this sponsorship level, investors become important partners in our work and will receive updates on our progress throughout the year.
$5,000 – People’s Village Advocate
Advocate-level sponsorships demonstrate a deep-rooted commitment to ending homelessness in our community. Advocates receive updates throughout the year and will be invited to a private tour of People’s Village to see our work to serve the unsheltered firsthand.
$12,500 – People’s Village Ambassador
Ambassadors receive all the benefits of the levels above and have the opportunity to name a shelter unit after themselves, their family, or business for a three-year period as we launch and learn from the People’s Village Project.
Sponsors at all levels will be recognized in COTS’ annual report.
